Token Plan (Team Edition) is an AI model subscription from Alibaba Cloud Model Studio. It bills in Credits, supports text and image generation models, is compatible with popular AI programming and agent tools, and provides a team management platform, data security guarantees, and stable performance. Note
Token Plan (Team Edition) is currently available only in the Singapore region.

Token Plan (Team Edition) integrates Qwen and third-party models for text and image generation. Credits serve as a unified billing unit across all supported AI tools.

Plans and pricing
Go to the Token Plan (Team Edition) purchase page to select a seat type and quantity, and complete the subscription. Both Alibaba Cloud accounts and RAM users can subscribe.

Token Plan (Team Edition) - Shared quota pack
A shared quota pack is a Credits pool shared across all seats. When a seat exceeds its monthly quota, the overage is deducted from the shared quota pack. Each pack is valid for one month; unused Credits expire at the end of the term. If you have multiple packs, the system consumes the one expiring soonest first.

Billing
The Credits consumed per request depend on the model type, token usage, thinking mode, and tool calls. Check your bill for the actual amount charged.

Deduction order
Credits are first deducted from the seat plan's monthly quota.
After a seat's quota is exhausted, the system deducts Credits from the shared quota pack. If you have multiple shared quota packs, the system consumes the one expiring soonest first.
After all Credits are exhausted, the service is suspended until the next billing cycle or until you purchase a shared quota pack.
View Credits consumption
View team overview
Log on to the Token Plan console. On the My Subscriptions page, select the Token Plan tab to view your current plan's total quota usage percentage and seat information.
Log on to the Token Plan page in the Expenses and Costs console to view a summary of your total Credits, remaining balance, and expiration countdown, as well as time-based usage details.
View member consumption details
On the Usage Analysis page of the , you can view usage trends, per-model consumption, and detailed Credits consumption for each member. For more information, see Team management.
Usage policies
Scope of use: This plan is for interactive use with compatible AI programming and agent tools only. It must not be used for automated scripts or application backends. Violations may result in subscription suspension or API key revocation.
Data security: Token Plan (Team Edition) does not use your conversation data for model training.
Account security: API keys are for the assigned member's personal use only. Do not share or expose them publicly.
Refund policy: Token Plan (Team Edition) subscriptions are non-refundable and cannot be canceled after purchase.
Service region and cross-border data transfer: Token Plan (Team Edition) supports only the Singapore region and a global deployment mode, meaning model inference is performed globally. Your input and output data will be transferred across borders. Ensure that your use complies with all applicable laws and regulations.
