Lingma

Lingma is an Alibaba Cloud smart coding assistant that provides a standalone IDE and can connect to Alibaba Cloud Model Studio via Coding Plan or Token Plan (Team Edition). Note

Connecting to Model Studio requires Lingma Pro edition (free for a limited time, subject to Billing). Basic, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Dedicated editions are not supported.

Install

1. Go to the Lingma official website to download and install Lingma (v0.6.0 or later).

2. Complete the initial configuration after the first launch.

3. On the Alibaba Cloud login page, select Alibaba Cloud account to log in.

Configure Access Credentials

1. Open Lingma settings from the top-right corner of the interface, select Models , and click Add.

2. Model configuration details are as follows:

Configuration Item	Description
Provider	Select Alibaba Cloud Model Studio - International from the dropdown menu
Type	Select Token Plan or Coding Plan based on your billing plan
Model	Select a model from the dropdown menu. Only text generation models are supported.
API Key	Enter the dedicated API Key for your chosen plan: - Token Plan (Team Edition): Get API Key - Coding Plan: Get API Key

3. Click Add. The model configuration is complete once validation passes.

4. In the Lingma chat box, select the corresponding model to start using it.

FAQ

Error Codes

If you encounter errors during configuration, refer to the FAQ documentation for the corresponding billing plan:

Why can't I find the model option in Lingma settings?

Possible reasons:

• Not logged in: You must log in first before you can chat and configure models.

• Unsupported edition: Connecting to Model Studio requires the Lingma Pro edition. Basic, Enterprise Standard, and Enterprise Dedicated editions are not supported.

API Key authentication failure (HTTP 401)

Please verify the following:

• Confirm that you are using the dedicated API Key for the corresponding billing plan. Token Plan (Team Edition) and Coding Plan API Keys are not interchangeable.

• Confirm that your subscription has not expired.

• Ensure the API Key is copied completely without spaces. If the error persists, you can reset the API Key on the corresponding management page.
